Angela grew up south of Boston and was very active participating in sports before heading down to Clemson for college. Looking for a new way to stay active this is where her love for group fitness classes began. She was a regular in Clemson’s cycle, barre and dance fitness
classes, loving the community that fitness brought to her. After four years at Clemson she moved back to Boston and was looking for that same community.
Angela obtained her certifications in Ignite Cycle and Empower Barre at the end of 2020. You can find her teaching both Ignite and Barre classes at the studio when she’s not working as a Civil Engineer in Downtown Boston. Angela is always on the hunt for a good remix track and you’ll be sure to hear that in her classes.
When she’s not in the office or the studio you can find Angela “getting her steps in” around the Savin Hill neighborhood, trying new restaurants, and over planning for any upcoming trips!

After graduating, Alaina moved to Baltimore, MD to start her new career as a Registered Nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The gym became her place to find peace and relieve stress. After being inspired by a phenomenal instructor there, Alaina began to think about becoming an instructor herself. When she found her way to Boston in 2017 to start her life with her now husband, she decided to follow her dream and become certified in fitness classes!
Outside of the studio, Alaina works full-time as a Registered Nurse in Boston and is working on her Master’s degree in Nursing Administration. She enjoys traveling, staying active, spending time with family and friends and testing new restaurants.
