I'm interested in Personal or Small Group Training. Where do I start?

​

  • We're so excited you're here! The first step is to contact us and schedule your first session!

  • Fill out the contact form below and share your availability (multiple days/times help us schedule you faster!).

  • Your first training session is ONLY $40 (via our Intro Offer) and includes a FREE class pass.

  • A credit card is required before your first session. You can provide this over the phone or create a Mindbody account to purchase the Intro Offer HERE. Don’t forget to contact us after purchasing so we can help you schedule!

  • Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, the full session fee will be charged.

What's the different between Personal Training and Small Group Training?

​

Both Personal and Small Group Training are fantastic ways to reach your fitness goals, and each offers something unique!

​

  • Personal Training: This is completely 1:1, giving you focused, individualized attention and a program designed just for you. It’s all about your goals, pace, and progress—and it’s perfect if you want a fully personalized experience.

  • Small Group Training: This includes 2–6 people and combines the energy of a group with the attention of personalized coaching. Even though it’s not 1:1, your workout is still tailored to your needs, goals, and fitness level. Plus, you get the fun and motivation of working with others, cheering each other on, and building strength together in a supportive, inspiring environment!

Whichever you choose, you’ll be guided by a knowledgeable trainer who’s dedicated to helping you succeed and making every session fun and effective!

What if I want to do Small Group Training? Can I start right away?

​​​

  • We typically recommend starting with at least 1 Personal Training Session to assess your movement patterns and form. This helps us ensure safety and tailor your experience if you choose to move to Small Group Training!

  • If you prefer to start with Small Group Training, we'll schedule a call before your first session to get to know you and your goals!

I have an injury or pain. Can I still do Personal or Small Group Training?

​

  • Absolutely! If you’ve been cleared by a doctor or physical therapist, Personal or Small Group Training can be a great way to build strength safely and prevent future injuries. Our clients deal with a number of issues, and we can ensure you were are very knowledgeable and your safety is our #1 priority!

​

How frequently do most people train? How often should I train?

​

  • Most clients train 1–2 times per week, though some train up to 3–4 times depending on their goals! If you’re new to fitness or making a big change to your routine, we recommend starting with 1–2 sessions per week and building from there.

​

What are your prices?

​

  • Intro Offer: $40 for 1 Personal Training Session + 1 Class Pass

  • Personal Training: 4 x 45-Minute Sessions for $320

  • Small Group Training: 4 x 45-Minute Sessions for $240 per person
