I'm interested in Personal Training. Where do I start?

​

  • We are so happy you are here! The first step for Personal Training is contacting us and scheduling with a trainer.

  • Please fill out the contact box below and let us know multiple days & times that you are available to train. This will help speed up the process so we can get you in as soon as possible!

  • The first session is ONLY $40 (via our Intro Offer) and comes with a free class pass as well!

  • We require a credit card on file prior to your first session. Card can be collected by one of our staff over the phone or you can create a Mindbody account and purchase our Intro Offer by clicking HERE (Please contact us after purchasing so we can help you get scheduled).

  • **Please note: We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all Personal Training Packages. If you cancel inside the 24 hour window you will still be charged for your session.

What if I want to do Small Group Training? Can I start right away?

​

  • We generally start all clients with at least 1 session on their own before jumping into a Small Group Training Session. The reason for this is to look at form and movement patterns so we can learn more about the client. Depending on the client, you certainly can jump right into Small Group! If you decide to jump into a Small Group for your first session, we will schedule a call beforehand so we can get to know you a bit before the first session!

I have an injury or pain. Can I still do Personal or Small Group Training?

​

  • Absolutely!! As long as you are cleared by a doctor or physical therapist after a serious injury, you are welcome to do Training. In fact, PT can actually help prevent future injuries! Our clients deal with a number of issues and we can ensure you were are very knowledgeable and your safety is our #1 priority!

How frequently do most people train? How often should I train?

​

  • Most of our clients train with us once or twice per week, but we do have a few people who train 3 or 4 times per week! It depends on what your goals are! We recommend starting with 1 - 2 days per week, especially if you have never exercised before or if this will be a major change to your routine. 

​

What are your prices?

​

  • If you are interested in trying one of our classes as well, we have a great Intro Offer that is $40 for 1 Personal Training Session and 1 Class Pass!

  • If you want to skip the Intro Offer - our 4 x 45 Minute Personal Training Package is $320.

  • If you are interested in Small Group, our 4 x 45 Minute Small Group Package is $240 per person.
